Engine parts
Send the machine make and model together with the engine’s own model and serial number. For an oil pump, water pump, gasket, bearing or fuel-system component, include the existing part number and clear photographs. If the engine has been replaced, identify the engine currently installed.
You can browse our Volvo, Deutz, Perkins and Kubota catalogues. A brand appearing in the catalogue does not mean that every component for every excavator model is available from stock.
Hydraulic and undercarriage enquiries
For a pump, motor, valve or travel assembly, provide the machine serial number and the component’s own identification plate. Similar-looking components can have different connections or specifications. Include all readable references rather than relying on a general component name.
If a part is already removed, photograph the complete component, its identification marks and its mounting surfaces separately. When providing dimensions, state the unit and the measurement points. Visual similarity supports an enquiry but does not establish compatibility.
Excavator service requests
BMA Otomotiv also accepts maintenance and repair enquiries. Share the machine location, operating hours, symptoms, visible fault codes and previous repairs. On-site availability, scope and scheduling are agreed after the initial discussion.
Describe when the problem started and the conditions in which it occurs. This information prepares the service assessment; it is not a remote confirmation that a particular component must be replaced.

Ask for confirmation of the supplied reference, product brand, availability and delivery arrangements in the quotation. Catalogue entries displaying the BMA logo use it as a placeholder rather than a photograph of the actual part.
